Felisha Heng is on a mission to empower ​audiences by creating inclusive theater where ​everyone (on stage and off) feels seen and ​heard.


By sharing stories that resonate with diverse ​communities, she aims to challenge ​stereotypes, break barriers, and ultimately ​help create profound connections and ​communities through the art of theatre.

About

Bio

Felisha Heng is a director, stage manager, and overall ​theater enthusiast. Originating from Miami, FL, Felisha ​is a bilingual Cuban American and a proud member of ​the LGBTQIA+ community. She graduated from Pace ​University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater Arts, but ​her greatest education has stemmed from over 10 ​years of hands on experience Off-Broadway and in ​several non-profit community theaters throughout New ​York City.


Felisha created “Let’s Put on a Show”, an afterschool ​program designed for elementary school students to ​write and perform in their own versions of their favorite ​musicals. She prides herself in sparking the love of ​theater in her students at an early age.


Fueled by a determination to foster connections, ​Felisha’s main priority is to create safe and fun ​environments that ignite the joy of collaborative theater ​making.


When not in a theater, Felisha can often be found ​snuggling her dog, Elphie.
